Defective or Damaged 
However, if your product(s) is defective/damaged upon delivery, you will have 24 hours after your package has been delivered to contact us via email at sunglassdesireservice@gmail.com with your order number, visible picture(s), and a brief explanation of the defect/damage. After the 24 hours, the item is considered a FINAL SALE. We ask that the item(s) be sent in the exact condition received to process your claim.
